The Challenge
We were commissioned at the blueprint stage of this project, initially receiving the plans when the property was still configured as a traditional bungalow. Our initial brief was to design a comprehensive architectural lighting layout and interior technology plan tailored around the clients' exact spatial requirements. From this foundation, we engineered an estate-wide smart home strategy to unify all hardware into a singular ecosystem. A primary challenge of the build was the specification of high-end smart showers and premium appliances that natively refuse to communicate with standard home automation platforms. Through our bespoke software development, we successfully consolidated every disparate system under a single, unified interface, delivering custom macro-automations perfectly tuned to the owners' lifestyle.
