We were approached by CP Developments, the design-and-build firm behind this striking barn conversion. Having been handed the initial architectural and structural plans, we entered an extensive consultation phase directly with the clients. Our objective was to design, map, and execute a comprehensive smart home strategy that would seamlessly integrate enterprise-grade automation into the unique fabric of the building. While the clients possessed a clear vision for their connected home, the primary engineering challenge lay in translating those high-level aspirations into a cohesive, functional system. We needed to ensure that the cutting-edge technology met their exacting lifestyle requirements, whilst maintaining a traditional aesthetic and an completely intuitive, effortless user experience.
