The Challenge
When we were first presented with the architectural plans for
this lakeside rebuild, the client knew they wanted a "special" home but were looking for a
partner to define what that meant. Leveraging the client’s own construction expertise, we
acted as the design authority, producing the full technical specifications for their
electrical team to implement. The challenge lay in the client’s request for a minimalist
aesthetic: no physical switches or thermostats on any wall. We engineered a sophisticated
backend to hide the traditional "wall acne" of a modern home, instead unifying
everything—from car lifts and pool jets to AI-driven security—into a seamless,
tablet-controlled ecosystem that priorities design integrity.

Indoor Pool
We developed a bespoke smart automation system for the pool area inside this luxury home, entirely controlled via voice commands or a flush-mounted wall tablet. Clients can effortlessly manage the pool cover, water fountains, RGBW bubble wall, internal pool lighting, and the swim trainer, alongside the audio, TV, star lights, and multiple RGBW LED profiles. To ensure seamless operation, we programmed one-touch scene events that instantly configure the entire environment into specific modes.
TV Lifts
We installed two motorised TV lifts from Future Automatons to house 85-inch displays, which can be operated via voice commands, dedicated on-wall tablets, or a mobile app. The system has been intelligently programmed to automatically power the televisions on or off based on the lift position, as well as select the correct channel or source depending on the user's command. The TV's are also linked to the ceiling speakers.
Car Lift
This property also features a hidden car lift that descends into an underground
car park that seamlessly integrates into the external landscaping. To manage this
sophisticated engineering feature, we deployed an advanced automation layer
utilizing smart sensors and AI-integrated CCTV. This setup enables the client to
securely summon the lift via voice command or a mobile app, whilst simultaneously
triggering an automated lighting scene in the car park below to ensure a safe,
well-lit arrival.
